Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order has been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
• To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number.

2. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and quality-inspected at our facility.
• Refund eligibility depends on our Return & Exchange Policy and the condition of the returned product.
• Once approved, refunds will generally be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).
• The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway or banking institution (typically 3–7 business days).

3. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If payment was deducted from your account but the order was not successfully confirmed on our site, the deducted amount will automatically be refunded back to your account by your payment gateway or banking partner according to standard bank processing timelines (typically 3–5 business days).

4. Shipping Charges

As ZENMODE CLOTHING™️ currently provides FREE standard shipping across India, no standard shipping fee is charged at checkout. Any future shipping-related charges or special delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before payment.
